These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Succeeders mobile application (“App”) operated by [Your Company Name] (“we,” “us,” “our”).

By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

 

1. Purpose of the App

Succeeders is designed to connect individuals interested in exploring home-based business opportunities with registered members/sponsors who provide those opportunities. The app offers publicly viewable sponsor profiles to help users make informed decisions.

 

2. User Types

There are two main types of users:

  • Members/Sponsors: Individuals who apply to be listed in the app to promote their business opportunity and receive inquiries from users.

  • General Users/Potential Recruits: Individuals exploring business opportunities who can browse, contact, and interact with listed members.

 

3. Account Registration and Responsibilities

  • To apply as a member or sponsor, you must provide accurate, up-to-date information and agree to your contact/profile details being visible within the app.

  • You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for any activity under your account.

  • You may not impersonate others, provide misleading information, or use the app for unlawful purposes.

 

4. Use of Public Sponsor Profiles

By applying to be a sponsor (via paid Membership In-App purchase only):

  • You consent to having your profile, name, contact information, and business details shown publicly in the app.

  • You agree that potential recruits may contact you through the details you provide.

  • You are solely responsible for the accuracy and appropriateness of your listed information and your communications with others.

 

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the app for illegal, abusive, or fraudulent activities

  • Harass, spam, or deceive other users

  • Post inappropriate or offensive content in your sponsor profile

  • Attempt to interfere with the app’s operation or security

 

6. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and design elements within the app are the intellectual property of Succeeders or its licensors (excluding provision of company logos only as relevant for advertising purposes of the bona-fide services provided by Member/ Sponsors). You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Succeeders app without written permission.

7. Disclaimers

  • We do not guarantee the success, legitimacy, or profitability of any business opportunity listed in the app.

  • We are not responsible for any agreements, disputes, or communications between sponsors and potential recruits.

  • You use the app at your own risk. The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Succeeders is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to business losses, missed opportunities, or reputational harm.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms, misuse the app, or engage in activity that we deem harmful or inappropriate.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom (UK). Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of the app shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the UK.
